Resum: The main advantage of the Science Park in Tartu is its close relation with the research and technological departments at the University (The Center of Strategic Competence). The skillful division and sharing the tasks and goals allows achieving the maximum synergetic effect between the scientific research laboratories and the science park tenant and spin-off companies. The examples of successful collaboration are examined.
