Resum: The change of Innovation environment has promoted Chinese Agricultural Science-tech Park into a transitional period. Directing against the main problems confronting the upgrading of the innovation of Chinese Agricultural Sci-tech Park, this paper employs innovation theory, ecology theory and system theory to establish an innovation ecosystem of Agricultural Sci-tech Park comprising four. subsystems centering on innovation value chain, i.e., R&D innovation community, application and extension innovation community, service Support community, and innovation environment, on the basis of the overall understanding of the ecological characteristics of the innovation system of Chinese Agricultural Sci-tech Park. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the functional elements and operation mechanisms of each subsystem, which lays an ideological basis for promoting the innovation capability and innovation value, and cultivating comparative advantage and competitiveness.
